Boys Tumbling (Ages 7-10)
Class Times:  Thursdays, 4:00 – 5:00 pm

Class Description:

Preschool Gymnastics Play (Ages 4-5)
Class Times: Wednesdays, 3:00-3:45 pm, Saturdays, 9:00 – 9:45 am

Class Description: Children will learn the foundational elements of gymnastics, with an emphasis on coordination, flexibility, and strength. Students will develop basic gymnastics skills such as rolls, handstands, and cartwheels, and will perform exercises on bars, beam, vault, and tumble trak. This structured class will teach gym safety, and will encourage self-confidence, listening skills, and social skills in a fun, interactive environment.


Tumbling (Ages 5 – 7)
Class Times:   Wednesdays, 5:00 to 6:00 pm, Saturdays, 10:00 – 11:00 am

Class Description:


Tumbling Intermediate (Ages 5 – 7)
Class Times:   Wednesdays, 4:00 to 5:00 pm

Class Description:

Tumbling Beginner (Ages 7-10)
Class Times:  Tuesdays, 4:00 – 5:00 pm, Saturdays 11:00 – 12:00 pm

Class Description: Class focuses on body shapes, jumps, rolls, handstands, bridges, back bends, kick overs, cartwheels, round offs, safety falls, body control, strength building, flexibility, intro to backhand springs.


Tumbling Intermediate (Ages 7-10)
Class Times:  Tuesdays, 5:00 – 6:00 pm

Tumbling PreTeens/Teens(Ages 11+) 
Class Times:  Wednesday, 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Tumbling Teens (Ages 13+)
Class Times:  Tuesdays, 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Class Description:

Tumbling (Homeschool)
Class Times:
  • Ages 5-7: Wednesdays, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
  • Ages 7-10: Wednesdays, 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Class Description: Basic tumbling for all levels. Class consists of warm-up, strength, and conditioning, followed by tumbling skills for all levels.  Forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, handsprings and jumps on the tumble track.

Shino’Bee Warrior Fitness
Class Times: Thursdays, 5:00 – 6:00 pm
Class Description: Our Warriors Fitness class is our version of American Ninja Warriors!  This program focuses on improving your child’s listening, motor skills, fitness, concentration, and self-confidence. Students will complete weekly drills and exercises before working together to safely build and run their own obstacle courses, which can include a warp wall, rock wall, peg wall, and salmon ladder.


Youth Open Tumbling
Class Times: Thursdays, 6:00-7:00 pm

Class Description: Geared towards youth with some tumbling experience. Where they can come use the wide array of equipment or practice a skill they’re working on with Coach Bee!   “Free” time to come practice!

Class Times:
  • Tuesdays, 7:00-8:30 pm 
  • Wednesdays, 7:00-8:30 pm  
  • Thursdays, 7:00-8:30 pm 
  • Saturday, 3:00-4:30 pm 
Class Description: Gain strength and flexibility through basic apparatus exercises on the bars, rope, rings and parallels, and pommel horse. Learn to do forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, and more. Beginners are welcome. No experience necessary.
