Preschool Gymnastics Play (Ages 4-5)
Class Description: Children will enjoy group play while learning the fundamental elements of gymnastics, with an emphasis on coordination, flexibility, and strength. Fun exercises such as skipping, hoping, running, jumping around obstacles are introduced. An awareness of the surroundings is stressed. Safe play is always taught so young children will always aware of their space in and out of the gym.
Tumbling Beginner (Ages 5 – 7)
Class Description: Students are introduced to basic tumbling positions including pike, tuck, straddle. Forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels complete this early beginner’s tumbling vocabulary. Attention to details such as alignment, flexibility, strength and safety are emphasized. This structured class will teach gym safety, and will encourage self-confidence, listening skills, and social skills in a fun, interactive environment.
Tumbling Intermediate (Ages 5 – 7)
Class Description: Student continue honing their basic tumbling skills. More conditioning exercises are introduced. Basic apparatus skills such as hanging, chin-ups, pullups, rope climbing are taught to develop upper body strength. Tumble trak and large safety mats are routinely used to allow students more repetitions on a soft and safe forgiving surface.
Class focuses on perfecting body shapes, jumps, rolls, handstands, bridges, back bends, kick overs, cartwheels, round offs, safety falls, body control, strength building, flexibility, intro to backhand springs. Front and back handsprings and somersaults are introduced.

Adult and Youth Advanced Open Tumbling
Class Description: Geared towards youth with some tumbling experience. Where they can come use the wide array of equipment or practice a skill they are working on with Coach Bee! “Free” time to come practice! Consult with Coach Bee if anyone prefers Thursdays 7:00-8:30pm.

Tumbling Teens (Ages 13+)
Class Description: Tumbling for all levels. Class consists of warm-ups, strength, and conditioning, followed by tumbling skills for all levels. Forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, somersaults, handsprings and jumps on the tumble track. Each students are now able to requests to learn a specific skill set. This can be for acrobatic dance, acrobatic marital arts or any skill, which is of particular interest to the student.
Adult Beginner Tumbling
Class Description: Gain strength and flexibility through basic apparatus exercises on the bars, rope, rings and parallels, and pommel horse. Learn to do forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, and more. Beginners are welcome. No experience necessary. Consult with Coach Bee if anyone prefers Tuesdays 7:00-8:30pm.
